Update: Got 9.5K compensation today from SCB, deposited in my account. I had asked for 3K directly when I'd complained to bank, to which they denied. Their loss

Finally today it got increased from 98000 to 176000, I'd got Anubhav thing, gave consent again and it got approved within minutes, previously it use to just take consent and nothing use to happen. Edit: this was the 4th try, so as others said keep trying!
