Yes, but they are paid.. But I remember few months back when I tried to apply I don't have any pre-approved cards but still the situation is same.

I'm already holding four icici cards but from last four months when I'm trying to apply after company email verification it directly says they cannot give card to me. Then cc will call me and then they will say they will take it offline with all details.... But I was hesitant to say some details...

If you have physical card with you, then directly do it at station. If you don't have it then via dreamfolks you can add your card and then select the correct station and do the payment of two rupees which will generate a qr code and then show this to the person at longue access

I have used this in Chennai Ctrl few days back. They are accepting sbi, icici and idfc. Wherein all banks are being offered only one person per card but idfc is offering two persons per single card

I have used my first time railway longue access today for 9 members and all my family members are so happy for that. Tbh I'm really happy to have multiple cards...
