Apply for a fresh application and ask them to make it LTF right from the day one, on the basis of your income criteria.

Though the LTF offer was stopped by them a long time back, still I recommend you to try your luck by sending them an email and attaching your ITR or salary slips to prove your eligibility for the LTF Eterna. Some time back a Techno Fino user did manage to convert their exiting paid Eterna card...

Some folks are not getting reward points on wallet load using Eterna.
