Applied for Axis Airtel card for my wife from Airtel Thanks app. The window asked to wait for 2 minutes while it checks the status and it has frozen on this screen since last 2 days. No email/sms- application/confirmation/denial from Airtel or Axis whatsoever. Can anyone help?
