Is it possible to downgrade icici credit card from Sapphiro to Rubyx OR Rubyx to Coral?
Needed Coral Rupay card but icici is not allowing to apply for Coral as I already have sapphiro.
(ICICI doesn't close old card on upgrades, so I was hoping to submit a downgrade request and then keep both...
