I had filled up petrol from BPCL outlet using the BPCL Credit Card, but there was no cashback. Do we get reward points only , or cashback for filling petrol in BPCL outlets?

I know that BPCL card is used for Fuel Surcharge waiver for BPCL outlets, but what about other Fuel outlets like IOCL, HPCL , etc. Does BPCL card allows Surcharge waiver across other Fuel Outlets? Has anyone tried?
