    Yes bank denying card due to previous card issue

    I applied for some random Yes Bank Card in July 2023 but possible I didn't receive or I have not activated it not sure but I forgot about it completely. Now I want to apply for Marquee Card but Yes bank representative says I can never apply. Whats the way to get a new card now from Yes Bank?
