    Has anyone who opened 811 account digitally in 2024 got the 811 Super Upgrade?

    I opened the account in Feb 2024 with Full KYC. Fully digital VKYC. Avg MAB was 20K and still haven't got the upgrade. Called them and they said I was ineligible. Reading through some threads I see a common denominator being the physical KYC process. I also have the 811 secured card. Any ideas...
