I have applied for au ixigo card from app nearly 9 months ago. It got rejected and ask me to try again to apply after 180 days. It's nearly 10 months since it got rejected for the first time but whenever I open the ixigo app or in the website it shows me that apply after 180 days how to fix...

Applied for au bank ixigo card for my first international trip (zero markup).
