axis gyftr

I have a Citi Rewards Credit Card, and since the migration to Axis has been completed since July, I was wondering if I can use it on Axis Gyftr. Gyftr isn't accepting my Citi Card. Enquired with Gyftr, they said I cannot use any other card apart from those sourced directly from Axis.

Are the Amazon voucher limits on Gyftr dynamic and change often? 2 weeks ago, I bought 20k Amazon (Pay) vouchers and 25k Amazon shopping vouchers this month but now I see in terms and conditions that limits are 10k for both the categories. Are limits changed often during the month? I remember...

Axis seems to have massively devalued Gyftr Edge Rewards. Amazon Gift Card and Shopping Voucher from 3x and 5x to 2x. Swiggy, Zomato Gift cards from 5x to 3x and other brand voucher such as Bata, Pantaloons, UCB from 10x to 5x. This will have huge impacts on reward points accural now.
