Upgrade ICICI Emeralde PVC to ICICI Emeralde Metal/Times Black
I hold a ICICI Emeralde PVC. Have spent Rs. 18 lacs since inception of card. The app is not offering upgrade. How can I upgrade to Times Black or Emeralde Metal? Can someone guide me?
