Hey everyone, Has anyone else faced this recently? I had over 40,000 reward points in my ICICI EPM account. There were also more points due to be credited this month. Suddenly, when I checked the portal, it’s showing only around 5,000 points — and there’s no redemption history or transaction...

The reward points in my ICICI EPM account have been reset to 0, despite having a balance of approximately 37,000 points before. Has anyone faced this? After this statement, more reward points should have been shown but it has reset to 0. Where can i escalate this?
