Idfc did not deliver my card and yet charged me for the card. What can I do take these aholes to the cops or the court Or should I reach the ombudsman. I'm frustrated by these kinds of frauds

What is the monthly reward points capping for IDFC Firsttap card (IDFC wealth account variant)? Does the capping include points given as part of welcome benefits on first transaction? How long do we have to wait for welcome benefits? If possible, please provide a reference to a source.
