icici credit card

I have received double refund from Amazon on my credit card. Can amazon claim the money anytime or will their be any communication from bank or merchant ? What's the process?

I received upgrade offers for my HDFC MoneyBack Plus (LTF) to the Millennia (FYF) and my ICICI Coral (LTF) to the Sapphiro (FYF). I contacted customer care for both banks to ask if the upgraded cards could be made lifetime free, but my requests were denied. What should I do to get them LTF?
