indusind bank credit card

I'm planning to close my IndusInd Legend credit card as I'm not happy with their service. Since their email support usually takes 7-8 days to reply, so should I email them for a card closure request and get ₹500/day compensation if they delay replying to my email post 7th working day? 💀

Any info is appreciated.

I'm unable to login to my IndusMobile App as it says that a maximum of 3 devices are allowed to register in the app but unfortunately I didn't remove my past devices and sold it to someone. Please suggest a solution if you have experienced this issue in the past!
