Just now I received an email, in which indusind bank gave information about new credit card application,
IndusInd Bank is upgrading its old account holders to INDIE app.
I'm planning to close my IndusInd Legend credit card as I'm not happy with their service.
Since their email support usually takes 7-8 days to reply, so should I email them for a card closure request and get ₹500/day compensation if they delay replying to my email post 7th working day? 💀
I'm unable to login to my IndusMobile App as it says that a maximum of 3 devices are allowed to register in the app but unfortunately I didn't remove my past devices and sold it to someone.
Please suggest a solution if you have experienced this issue in the past!
