    Axis Bank didn't follow their own t&c

    I mailed axis pno to know that my Liberty account transactions are eligible for mab waiver or not. And they replied - UPI Transaction are not eligible for mab waiver But according to Liberty account t&c UPI Transactions are eligible. What should I do now ?
