    Situation: I have a car for which I am already availing NCB and have OD + 3P insurance. I also have a scooter for which I only took 3P for last 5 years. Now, I am going to scrap this scooter and buy a new one and take OD + 3P insurance. Question: Is there a possibility for me to avail NCB...
