    kindly please anyone who is using PNB BSBDA account for atleast 2 years above , can reply me whether the RUPAY CLASSIC DEBIT CARD which comes with BSBDA account is chargable or not for ANNUAL MAINTENANCE charges?? why I am asking bcz in charges sheet of PNB BSBDA it is mentioned as chargable...
