Will I get this card considering I am just 19 and already hold supermoney cc with 5k limit and credit score of 754? Does SBI issue cards to below 21 people as it says 21-70 years as eligible age limit?

I got a Life Time Free pre-approved credit Card offer in My Father's Account and 3000 Gift Voucher if I apply between 18-22 July. So I applied on 20 July and got the card also set up the PIN. Now I have to spend a specific amount to receive the voucher or any amount for a transaction.
