I would like to ask which is the best way to pay credit card bills and get rewards using which platform/ debit card/ netbanking.

Just got to know from Instagram that HDFC Marriott Bonvoy card is offering upto 5X reward points starting from today till 30th Nov. Not sure about the categories and T&Cs as they are not mentioned. Link to reel :
