Does the account get automatically downgraded to a normal savings account? Does the issued Debit Card becomes chargeable?

Hi, I have recently raised request for my HDFC Preferred Max savings account to HDFC Salary account. i got the email stating request has been successfully processed however how or where to check if my account is converted as salary account. I dont see anywhere in Mobile banking app.
