My dad already has 3 SBI cards 1) Etihad 2) Octane 3) Simpliclick Can we apply for SBI IRCTC card or do I need to close one of the above and apply?

So I checked in my SBI app offers and it showed that I'm eligible to increase my limit from 2.7L to 8.1L but when I tried, they said they can't process it now. It's weird to show eligibility yet rejecting the offer.

2 instances happened both at walmart (international trxn at midnight). 1 tried to attempt. another didn't validate.

My life time free sbi card has been closed without my final confirmation and they are citing lame excuses that card cannt be reissued and also there is a credit balance in the card they have permanetly blocked the card account please suggest what to do wether to lodge rbi complait.
