Sent mail to snapmint care for account closure however they said you need to wait for 90 working days. I ordered something from them in 2022 And closed ( paid ) it in 2022 Still this is showing in active cibil report

I dont have a cibil score yet, So I applied for Lazypay and got 3k as credit limit. I'm wondering if I keep paying through it and instantly pay the outstanding in advance, will it help me build a cibil or not? If not what should I do to generate the cibil? As I don't want to miss any payments...
