I don't know about other prepaid cards because I only have Tide but for the past 2 days I have been trying to recharge my fastags (both Bajaj & Airtel) using my Tide Card on various platforms like PhonePe, PayZapp, Mobikwik, and many others without any success. Anyone else facing this problem?

I tried to add 20000 rs to Payzapp wallet using tide card the transaction was successful from tide app and money got deducted, but in payzapp wallet it shows transaction failed, will my money get reversed to tide wallet has any body faced similar issue and when can i expect the refund to come
