    Utiliy Bill payments are getting declined on GPay made vai Axis ace.

    I tried to Pay Electricity bill using Axis Ace. But each and every time Money debited from CC but the transaction was declared Failed. Got the refund after 1 day. I tried 6 times and it was same result. What is the prone? Gpay? Bank? Or the electricity Board? (WBSEDCl) #### Back Story...
