My Family Member Opened Gpay Business Account and Got QR Code and Few months ago I Transfered 1 Lac Via My newly Issued Axis Credit Card.
Payment Instantly Credited to Thier Bank Account Without any MDR Charge..

Yesterday I Seen some Post and Came to know about MDR Charge..
My Query is Why My Family member Received Exact 1 LAc Without any MDR Charge ?

So Who paid MDR ?
Actually I Dont know about MDR and how it Works..

..So Please Explain..

MDR will paid by merchant.

Small merchants - accept payment under 2k per transaction is Free (dnt misuse this using same card multiple times, otherwise your card or merchant account will block)

Earlier, Credit card on UPI was under trial that's why MDR was free. Now they introduce MDR charges.

Aapko msg bhi kiya tha......aur aapne Aur Technofino sir ne bhi kaha ki multiple times mat karo...then uske baad kiya hi nahi...wo to naya upi wala card tha to isliye......

Saare merchant UPI apps one by one kar rahe hai.

for example - Googlepay merchant account ne 8th September se MDR lagane ka announcement kiya tha.

Phonepe merchant account ne shayad May month me he kar diya tha.
