Agree. I had just woken up and thought it was 10x RP. Then I read T&C doc. Not worth it.

I first thought they meant 10% cb but then realised that this is a nonsense offer. have a citi rewards card so you know how bad the RP is. lol

Yeah, seriously such a sad state! Based on the recent update on the timelines from Axis MD, it looks new deadline is mid FY24-25 - So almost Oct-Dec when all accounts/cards will be moved to Axis - till that time, it is better they just be quiet instead of offers like this.
