10% discount on 1mg no longer there for tata neu cards?

Hi All,

It seems 10% discount on 1mg no longer there for tata neu cards.

Has anyone recently got 10% discount on 1mg via tata neu?

I understand we can get upto 10% neucoins using tata neu infinity card and Neupass.

But they also say that certain days of month we can get 10% instant discount. For October 2024 - dates are 15th-19th october 2024.

But even after adding medicines, I can't see the discount getting applied. I have gone till OTP page in transaction, but since discount was not getting applied - I didn't placed order.

Can anyone throw some light and guide?

You're combining three separate things as single concern.

We're talking about three separate things here (based on your post):

- NuePass (which is linked to TataNue app).
- NueCard (which is linked to HDFC TataNue credit cards).
- NueApp Special Offers (which is linked to TataNue app and for limited time required spends).

Basics:

Btw, based on screenshot if you spend min. 1500 between Oct 15-19 using tatanue app, you'll get 20% (5% Card + 5% NuePass + 10% Promo) nuecoins.

And, last I know 1mg has 10%-15% higher fee than other pharma apps/websites, in that case its only 5%-10% but anycase, that doesn't concern now. Focus on overall value, that looks higher.

The other thread shared is not at all useful. I had gone through that thread before posting the question here. I had gone through this thread:

Now my question was - I went through terms and conditions, and understand that 1) there will be 5% neucoins for using tata neu card. 2) There will be extra 5% neucoins from Neu Pass.

3) But what about 10% instant discount (which doesn't have coupon code and should get applied automatically)? Even after adding medicines to cart ok ver 1500 and trying to pay via tata neu card the discount is not getting applied.

I am asking about this instant discount - if anyone has any luck or success with it? Or is this discount just a show off?

not able to see the offer in payment page offers section. is it showing there? along with paytm, mobikwik, au, and two other banks?

seems there was some issue yesterday, I checked with 1MG and Tata neu customer care both. No one was having any clue on the same, and were just asking to check with each other. However, today I can see the offer and you can utilize the same...
