100 UPI Transactions Limit Now Remove

I’m currently using Freecharge for UPI transactions, but the app shows this message:


"You cannot make more than 100 UPI payments by A/C number and IFSC within 30 days."


Can anyone please explain where this restriction comes from?
Is it imposed by Freecharge itself or by my bank account (linked bank)?


I’d really appreciate it if professionals or anyone with experience could share possible solutions or workarounds to remove or bypass this 100-transaction limit.

mini kyc or full kyc? which bank? which variant?

Savings account has transaction limitations 100 or 150 in some banks. If you have much more, use current accounts or UPI wallets. Full kyc wallets like phonepe, Amazon pay, payzap etc will be better suited for this purpose, also you can use UPI lite for the same purpose. For the rest, the choice is yours.
