In their website they mention all include and exclude lists.

For me, I'm getting 5% cashback on all offline and online spends.

Kotak 811 give 5% cashback fuel spends.

Not used govt and utilities with these cards.

For salaried, one of the best cashback cards is HSBC Salary Debit card. (both OFFLINE and ONLINE)

5% cashback above 1000 transactions.

Limit is 2X Salary. If your salary is 1 lakh per month, you can spend 2 lakh and get 10,000 cashback monthly.

For transactions less then 1000, go with Kotak 811 Debit card.

SBI Cashback only for Online.

OFFLINE, no credit cards give cashback.

These 2 debit cards are sufficient for both online and offline.
