3% Grabdeals Axisbank cash back on Apple Products back in Sep - Oct 2024 is not being credited. 120 days have passed.

Axis bank did not credit 3% Grabdeals Axisbank cash back on Apple Products purchased back in Sep - Oct 2024. 120 days have passed and when reaching out to Axisbank support they say that we have to get it from Apple and it says like that in terms and conditions. Anyone in same boat.

Twice I used grabdeals in the past couple of years. On both occasions, I received the CB correctly.

I didn't use between Sep - Oct 2024. So, I don't know the exact t&c. Do you have a copy of TnC?

I always use grab deals as hit or miss. Never tracked after the transaction. But, recently they gave CB for some transactions conducted in October 24 as per the statement line.

I received other grabdeals cash backs. But Apple cash back was big. It was 3% with no cap. I do not have the xomplete T&C. But in general why will merchant honor 3% cash back. This promotion was mentioned in every damn page. You can see it on Facebook and Instagram even today. They are bluntly denying that Apple is responsible to give.
