4 Cards in a month - CIBIL effects?

Did a stupid thing of procuring 4 cards in a month. How will it affect my cibil ?

If i stop getting more cards for a quarter and ensure timely payments (ofcourse), will the cibil increase?

Few months back, I had acquired 6 cards in a span of 2 months. No major impact to my credit score.

8 in two consecutive months

3 credit cards issued in those two months

Still trying to understand how CIBIL works

Forgot to mention that score increased from 764 to 766

My cibil increased from 790 to 792 after 4 cc enquiries. This is insane.
Assuming that since i got a 7.5L limit on AU Zenith, my CIBIL won’t get affected much, else they would’ve given me a lower limit.
Not really sure what’s happening.

Maybe cibil will get affected after a few months?

I have gotten 8 credit cards over the past 7 months. Canceled 3 including 1 have had for over 5 years.

Do you want to know what hurt my Cibil the most? Spending 2.2L on a credit card with a 1.8L limit. I had transferred money to the credit card during the usage and my card limit never went below 50K. Even then, it totally screwed my Cibil.

This is when my overall credit limit including all cards at the time was many multiples of the 1.8L limit. Not sure how that worked out.
