5 Credit account reported by SBM Bank

SBM is playing with our credit report before they opened 1 credit card account which where right after that they open 2 more and now they opened 2 more (new) Total 5 Credit Card Account.

I tried to contact SBM,Nodal Principal Nodal Officer also they are so stupid and harami. They are not replying me.

I even tried RBI these guys are also stupid closed my complaint without taking action reason they shared (I have not filed with bank first) what the hell RBI is doing I don't know I shared the complaint ID number also even 30+ days passed then only I complained RBI still they closed.

Now what do guys they are doing illegal business partice in india.
 
Open service request with them. Get the service request number. Escalate to the Nodal officer(mentioning the same service request number). After a week escalate it to the principal nodal officer(again mentioning the same service request number). Then send a complaint to the RBI with this service request number.

My problem is, I have 4 accounts now. When I raised the request from the website, they didn't reply. No service request either. When I contacted the nodal officer, they called me and for some of the queries they said that they will get back to me. But never got back to me again. They didn't give me a service request number for that too. Now, I have escalated the same to the principal nodal officer. Let's see how that goes.
 
What is this bank upto is really disturbing. How are they escaping. They classified forex card as credit card, denied inquiry and account removal dispute, and now again adding unknown credit card accounts. And absolutely no customer service from the bank. strict complaint is required to let them clarify and resolve this issue. And why are they selectively working on cases where one goes to highest escalation levels when the issue is the same for all. they need to urgently explain now.

You are right but its very hard to get reply from their higher officials! I am trying my best today One More account I think has been added by them As I got the confirmation from CIBIL. 2nd thing is yes they close forex card as credit card I requested them to remove it but I didnt receive any kind of reply from them yet.
 
They changed BIN of TripMoney Forex Card from prepaid card to credit card. They also added new things in TripMoney FAQ section that this card will be reported to CIBIL as credit card.

They are saying that Slice has also been reported as credit card.
