Regalia Gold 5x Reward points clarity needed

I have spent 46k on Myntra via smartbuy using regalia gold. How many points I be receiving?

Assuming daily cap of 2k points is it 2k + base reward points

Or

Assuming monthly limit of 5k, 4896 + base reward points?

Regalia Gold card side:

smartbuy is separate and consider it as 'additional website/app purchases'.

for regalia this 'additional website/app purchases' = 4 RP/150.

So, card benefit you'll receive: 1224 RP.

Smartbuy Website side: (consider it as affiliate website like Cashkaro, Zillion, similar to Grabdeals (for axis), reward multiplier (for amex) all are same)

regalia gold limits: per day 2k and per month 4k

for regalia gold myntra purchase gives: 5x points (1x regular card benefit that you already getting above + 4x as smartbuy benefit)

So, smarbuy benefit you'll receive: 2000 RP (per day cap, but if you split payment to two different days overall 2k+2k = 4k).. you'll never get 4896 RP.

Myntra surprisingly available as 5x partner as per "card accelarated benefit" and "as smartbuy accelarated benefit".

If u purchase Myntra directly, then no daily cap but 4k monthly cap.
If u purchase Myntra through smartbuy, then daily 2k and monthly 4k cap.

So, how did u purchased and check based on that.

Every HDFC cards provides reward points/cashback 3 ways..

1. Regular purchases using that card.
2. Some specific websites direct purchase using that card (ex: Nykaa on Regalia Gold, Amzn on Millennia etc.)
3. Smartbuy (flights, vouchers, affiliate etc.)

entire smartbuy has daily and monthly caps, be it flight booking, affiliate purchase or vouchers.

anyway, check with customer support if any issues or missing reward points, they'll clarify more.

In October, I made a purchase using my HDFC Regalia Gold card on Myntra. In November, I received a message stating that 5000 rewards points had been credited. At that time, I checked and confirmed the rewards were visible. However, today I noticed that there are no reward points available, and it seems to have been reversed by HDFC. Has anyone else experienced something similar?
