Can anyone confirm the 5X Rewards (capped at 5,000 Reward Points) are based on the calendar month or statement cycle?

I hope you are talking about Eterna, if yes it's statement cycle and not calendar month

I recently changed my statement cycle from 1st to 16th. So this time it will be 1st October to 16th November. That means I can't get 5k benefits for November, as new rules are getting applied from November 15.

BTW, my old rupay premier is still working and giving points as per eterna. Do they share same 5k limit or I can utilise 5k from both.

Even when they share same account? My eterna was upgraded over rupay premier. So, they are same account. All credit debit for both cards happen in same statement.

Use your Premier RuPay card. So, RuPay will grab some transaction market share.
