Kotak Bank as far as I know has this policy of keeping many offers only for new to bank (NTB) customers. They want to limit how many rewards/cashbacks/discount offers they can give to ONE person or ONE CRN. So if we have, say, for example, 811 account already and then got Everyday Savings account or Spendz prepaid, it has its own discount offers on specific brands and merchants so they won't give 811 Super benefits also to that same person. I've observed the SAME about Kotak for credit cards also. IndusInd Bank also does it and also ICICI.
Banks call it "over leveraged customer" meaning jyada lootne nahin denge usko 😆🤣
