Mai bank k aukad dekh kar post daalta hu.

HDFC and RBL bank k pas bahut paisa hai debit card me lootane ko isiliye sirf unhi ka daalta hu.

SBI Card k pas bahut paisa hai isiliye SBI Cashback credit card ka daalta hu.

There is not any fuel Surcharge, tried in Oct for offline. So waiting for cashback confirmation. I think someone used in sept and got cashback for fuel spent also. Check old pages

for Payzapp - I don't know; for fuel - no surcharge on fuel + you also get 5% and for offline spends too you get 5% cashback
