As I said they either found loophole or their developer team messed up which causes this, otherwise OTP comes, when there's no requirement of authentication?

VKYC is not possible at the moment because of RBI directive. But if one possess an A/c opened previously via VKYC can also become eligible for updation to Super program subject to fulfilment of other eligibility according to Kotak.
