Hi guys,
I am 811 full kyc user.
After going through this post, i tried upgrading to 811 super through online but it showed i am not eligible.
I tried contacting customer care for upgrade but they too said i am not eligible.
I asked them for reason, but they said they doesnt know the reason & only back end team will know the reason.

Can someone help me, what do i have to do now? Any suggestions? I am 811 full kyc user from more than 5 years.
 
I'm confused if I should get it or not, seeing an option in the app, for CC payments so far all well guys?

When you asked the bank for a reason, they said they didn’t know - Not eligible ❌

You have no options left. Unfortunately, nothing can be done. You’re not alone, many others are facing the same issue.

The offer is for a select few users and is not available to all 811 act holders
 
You have to add funds through the Kotak811 or Kotak mobile banking app, third party transfers are not eligible for cashback.

Select add money, use UPI linked with any other bank account.
There is no such condition. You just need a credit entry of ₹5000.
Method doesn't matter. UPI, IMPS, NEFT all are valid. It could be from anyone's account, family, friend, company, stranger, your own etc.

I didn’t use the "Add Money" button in the app. I simply transferred ₹5000 from another account to this one using UPI, and I still received the cashback.

Thanks for the confirmation, but as per the terms and conditions - On monthly basis, customer needs to do at least one customer initiated credit transaction of minimum ₹5,000 to get eligible for 811 Super cashback.

Correct, and nowhere does it say that you must explicitly use the "add money" feature to complete that credit transaction. It can be done in any way.

Still, I get your point. It's better to use the "add money" button and be safe than sorry.

You have interpreted it wrongly, it means like if you recieve 5k refund/reversal/cashback, etc., it's also credit txns, but it won't get treated for super program.

But yes, they could have written it in a more understandable way, without creating confusions.

It says customer initiated credit transaction, so it has to be the add money option or transfer from other bank account of the customer.

I don't think Kotak can track a transaction, if it is direct transfer by the customer from a different bank. So, add money is the best option to fulfill the terms of the cashback.

Yes, I agree refunds are excluded but the term customer means third party is also excluded.

At present they enabled any credit except reversals for cashback eligibility (based on members feedback here).
