they wont ask for invoice, they'll ask what is your source for extra income.
if its from another CC they that will considered as a loan.

Worst case, hire a CA and get it done. Nothing illegal.

True people are sad with card devaluation

They will be helpess distressed when IT dept starts their notice and that can happen even after 3-4 years.
