so, both the lounges at goa goi airport at domestic terminal have severely cut down on credit card access.

they have a limited list of accepted cards that does NOT include even the topmost cards from Axis, HDFC, IDFC, etc

some small banks cards like union bank, indusind, au, rbl, only are accepted. and some sbi, kotak, icici. in kotak too, kotak white is NOT accepted. even though i generated qr code on dreamfolks website using kotak white, it was not accepted by the scanner of the lounges, which gave an error that "the code is not accepted at this outlet" (both the new tfs lounge as well as the old goodtime/brewhouse).

the entire queue of people were quarrelling with the staff because their qr code showed them that they are eligible but are not allowed to enter the lounge.

and i was escorted out of the lounge entry (just 2 feet inside from the door, when i asked them can i at least sit on the seat as my flight starts boarding in 10min). "sorry sir, we dont allow normal entry".

so, despite having an active qr code, i was figuratively kicked out of the lounge.

i never thought i would have to ask this, but @TechnoFino , what is the way to escalate this? they told me to talk to the bank.

You may call Dreamfolks and complain. But its unlikely they would do something.

Goa airport is a big mess.

I visited on 28th Jan and got in using Infinia and dcb, they have a list of cards printed, not sure if anything changed in last 10 days. Btw both lounges are under same operator

I visited on Good Times lounge 18-Jan-25 and for total 7 people I used below cards
2 Infinia
1 Infinia Priority Pass
1 RBL DC
1 Federal Imperia
1 Kotak Zen
1 HSBC Live+

Earlier they used to accept IndusInd Pinnacle, now it seems they have completely stopped accepting Indus cards.

she mentioned that they changed this list last week only (after 1st Feb). so most probably after you guys visited.

all that is fine with me. but what bothers me is despite having access on the card that was in their list, i was denied entry. some entity, either bank or lounge company, are bearing the cost of my visit but are not passing on the benefit to me.

I too checked on Dreamfolks that Kotak and AU card shows that lounge to the list but I am surprised to the fact that despite having an active and valid qr , still they weren't given entry.

I assume the rupay platinum or select should work as an alternative?

Any idea what was the probable list
