Has anyone recently purchased AC from Amazon / Flipkart under exchang offer?

Am getting 5400 exchange value for my old split AC

I saw someone say installation technician uninstalled old AC.

But in T&C I see they're saying delivery executive will pick up old AC at time of delivery

Please share your experiences

Are there any sellers to avoid ?

🤣 Ekart hub should have technicians to do so.

100% they will ask you to disassemble it.

Bro they will charge for u for dismantle the old ac 1500 rs I guess

few brands do for free if its exchange purchase also depends upon the service centers

If it's via flipkart, they'll do anything in their power to reduce your exchage value. They'll find some or the other fault with your product so forget about them dismantling it.

With Amazon, it's easier but don't think they'll disassemble it for you. Bcoz the AC will be collected by delivery ppl who wont know how to do it.

Just get a local technician do it for you. They don't charge that much.

PS: Did you check offline stores? These days, they might give you better offer than online platforms (atleast in my case). Just an advice.

Bit late here...
Got an AC under exchange from Flipkart a few months back. The process was easy. The old AC was uninstalled free of cost by a flipkart contractor, a day before the delivery of the new AC and was kept in our house. It was picked up the next day when the new AC was delivered. My old AC was working and in very good physical shape, the full exchange value was given.
I prefer products sold by omnitechretail in fk. Less issues with them re product. Amazon offered a lower exchange value and required us to uninstall the AC and keep it ready for pick-up.
