Actually i make a purchase of Amazon Gift card from HDFC smartbuy Gyftyr for paying Lic premium payment through amazon pay.. But accidentally i purchase amazon Shopping voucher instead of Giftcard...
Can anyone solve this problem..
There is an amount of 10,000 Rs...
I don't even know what to do where to go now..
Plz help me regarding this or is anywhere here to buy this Shopping voucher... 😔 😔

So, what's the downside here? You must already be shopping on Amazon, right? You can use this for future purchases or even sell it to someone at a discounted rate.

Also, before using it to pay for your LIC premium, check whether the Amazon Pay option is available. Many websites have removed the Amazon Pay option recently, so make sure it's still there before proceeding.

There are other vouchers that you can buy using ASV like big basket, Tanishq etc. I would've personally purchased gold coin using ASV. Never a loss...

If not then try calling Amazon customer care and ask them to cancel your order. Try calling them multiple times since those executives have different knowledge levels.

Long process, they don't easily refund. I've tried for a code which actually didn't work. It's been 15 days, still no refund.

Exact same thing had happened to me once. I used that 10k to buy BB and Uber GVs and then sold them on TF and DD. Takes time and effort though.

Hello all, I did something incredibly dumb and bought 10K worth of Amazon Shopping Voucher from PayTM (of all places) thinking it was Amazon Gift Vouchers without properly checking. I realised this only after adding it to Amazon. I was in a hurry and couldn't find any place else to buy it from as I have exhausted limits on Gift Edge and Amazon.

I am now stuck with the 10K shopping vouchers in my Amazon account. What could be my best course of action here? Bit confounded because things usually don't happen to me.

Yes. In that case try to contact smart buy customer care and ask them to cancel your order. Tell them you have not used/redeemed the amz shopping voucher yet.

I have done it with gYfter on Bombay shaving company , where I bought 1000*3 vouchers , but I can only apply one voucher per order, so contacted them and explained that I am unable to use the vouchers , so they took a week time and I got them refunded
