Hotel Points Accor plus Traveller or AMEX reserve credit card?

Hello,

I stay quite often in Accor properties, also leverage quite many of my points from Atlas. I was keen towards enrolling for Accor plus membership that comes around 12k if I buy from them(traveler). However, I also saw Amex reserve offering Accor plus traveler and joining fees are also around 12k + additional benefits such as Taj epicure card. So have the following question:

1. Has anyone tried Accor plus through Amex reserve? Does it offer the same privileges if I buy it directly from Accor or I am missing something?

Features are different. They have special tie up with amex with special accor membership, it does not provide full benefits.

No free nights or vouchers, everything else remains the same.

But considering you save the money for buying the membership, you could use those points for staying in the hotel instead. 🙂
