Hotel Points Accor Status Nights not credited for stay at ibis kuala lumpur city centre

Hi Guys!

I stayed at ibis kuala lumpur city centre last month 13-16th. Still Nights are not credited.
does ibis stay's earn status nights ?
I tried to contact them via mail couple of days back but no response from them yet.

Yes, you do get status nights for Ibis.
There is a way to raise a ticket for missing status nights for which if you have the checkout bill copy, you can attach that as proof.
