Accor Step has been rebranded as Accor HERA!

Now only 10 Accor Brands are a part of this Program (as in the image). Brands like Mondrian, Mgallery, Pullman, Swissotel etc have been removed from the new program.

Accor Step remains available for booking during the transition period. Therefore, if you have an upcoming stay and are still contemplating booking, I recommend proceeding to book as soon as possible.

Soon only the 10 Accor Brands will be available to be booked via Accor STEP/HERA.

The Free Nights & Perks remain the same.

Sofitel nusa dua does not allow points to be used with accor step.

You wont be able to club stay plus with accor step anywhere

As per my understanding, the program is for people who want to enhance their experience in the select luxury or Lifestyle by Ennismor segment of Accor at a similar price if they book on their own. Does Accor provide any similar program to elevate the experience in the Midscale / Economy segment?

Some sofitel hotels have 3rd night free which make at at par to midscale brands ka prices

Swissotel n Pullman were not part of Step. Only a handful of hotels across the world were partners.

Mondrian & Mgallery can still be booked till the transition is complete

Pullman Aerocity is there currently. Points cannot be used with step benefits at pullman delhi.

Besides these there are other hotels which offer perks as well like Andaz aerocity, leela palace, oberoi, taj palace, lodhi, shangrila etc
