According to paisabazaar i am "pre-qualified" for Axis Bank My Zone Credit Card, Does this mean ill get the card 100% if i apply for it?

I have a few questions,

What does "life time free till march 2023" mean, does this mean, if i apply this month ill get LTF card? Since it says 500 inr voucher on card activation, i have a hard time believing i dont have to pay any joining fees for this card. while 500 fees is not much i dont want them to win if this is some weird way to scam people into getting their card and paying joining fees for it.

I have only 1 credit card, and its an FD backed credit card, indusind legend, my credit history is only 9 months long, 100% on time payments. I am self employed, so im not salaried and ill be paying taxes for the first time this year, so no ITR proof either. Do you think ill still get the credit card if i apply for it?

Pre-qualified is a gimmicky term which means nothing
The process is going to be same and card approval is at bank discretion.

If it were pre-approved even then also card issuance is not 100% , they might reject pre-approved offer also .

Regarding LTF , my zone is offered LTF currently I multiple third party websites

Consider not applying for MyZone from Paisabazaar, rather apply directly from the Axis Bank website.
Reason is that Banks normally have to pay some fee to the 3rd party apps, especially after the card is approved. So, if you apply via Paisabazaar , Axis bank may reject your application, due to this.
So, apply directly from the website.
