how can one find the activation code for axis credit card? I lost the letter where the code was mentioned.

The card is probably closed if not activated in 30 days

Yes, card shd have been closed as per terms and also there is a way to generate new code through ivr too to set pin, but no way to get a new activation code for that app login

If you dont have the activation code from the letter, then you have to place a request for card replacement. There is no other way around.

Call CS and tell them Activation code given on letter not working. They will take a complaint and send a replacement card.
All this only possible if they are ready to get the card activated since it's more than 30 days and card not activated

Trick to activate Axis credit card without activation code for existing customers.
You need to have the last 4 digits of the card which appear in your axis app
Go to WhatsApp banking
Manage card limit > Domestic usage > Online > Enable max limit > enter OTP
Done!
