Add goals tag or some note to respective MF SIPs for clarity?

I have multiple SIPs and have bought multiple MF in past, all MF investment were for a specific reason or goal, so I was wondering if there is any APP which allow me to add custom tag or some sort of note to that?

currently I am keeping manual notes & excel, but if I can attach a tag or note of some kind in investment platform itself that would be really helpful

like this SIP is for travel goals, this is for wedding, this is for retirement.

I currently use Groww app for investment, willing to switch to other app if they have this feature.

please also tell me how do you guys mange that?

CAMS or karvy have their own apps where we can do this as well as buy and sell too
 
Kuvera has it. You can also allocated how much % of a particular MF goes to which goal.

I used it to plan how much SIP I need to increase as I add goals.

OP were you abel to find a satisfactory solution for this? Even I wanted this feature, but can't do this in Groww

Nope, I have created a account on coin (Zerodha) but then forgot about it. will try it maybe this weekend

dont know about Kuvera or CAMS.
