Add on card related query

Hello All,
Recently I got add on cards( Regalia and Tata neu) issued in my wife's name and I have below queries.
1. Do we need to activate separately? If yes then how?
2. How does add on card holder gets OTP messages for online transaction? Even though I used cardholder name as per card , I was only getting OTP SMS
3. Can we set different pin to add on card or is it same as primary card?

1. Yes. Like you did for the main card. Go to an ATM, change pin using green pin
2. Only primary card holder will get OTPs in HDFC
3. You can set a different PIN

I heard card number will be same for primary and addon? Is it true @ajay1234
